What is Equity Release?

Who can benefit from Equity Release Scheme?
Anyone who is a home owner and over 55 years old can benefit from the Equity Release scheme. In case of a joint ownership, the youngest must be at least 55 years old.
The property must be your permanent residence or a let out property you own, worth at least £60,000 and in a good state of repair.
